The owner of Metrocentre, one of the UK’s top 5 shopping centres, needed to develop a harder-hitting approach to their leasing. We created for them a range of digital brochures tailored o target different target tenant groups – aspirational fashion, High Street fashion, food and drink etc. This was backed by a video which concisely set out the benefits of taking space at Metrocentre. The result was very positive with new retail and leisure brands joining the Metrocentre line-up.
